Paleo Bullet Proof Coffee Latte

Wild Rosebuds: Paleo Bullet proof Coffee Latte After sharing a few instastories on how I make my addiction of bullet proof coffee, I’ve had so many of you private message me asking why they can’t find the post on my blog.Well….I hadn’t done one….until now. So here is a quick run down on how we make our bullet proof coffee ‘latte’ style.

What You Need:

  • 1 tbsp per serving of coffee unsalted grass fed butter (if we can’t find grasped, we just buy good quality organic)
  •  Brewed great quality fair trade coffee ( we like Just Us or Kicking Horse and use a french press)
  • 1 tbsp Coconut oil ( die hards use MCT oil, but we like the coconut flavour)
  • 1/2 cup per serving of coconut or almond milk
  • Maple syrup to taste

How To:

Mix all the ingredients  in a blender for 60 seconds until frothy and enjoy.

I will warn you that if it cools, the fats from the butter and coconut oil will harden on the top. We keep ours warm on the stove in our Chemex with the element adaptor. That way we can come back for seconds. And really as a mom, coffee is always a good idea.

If you would like to try the classic bullet proof and lower the calories, just cut out the milk and maple syrup.
